The second EP from the Newcastle UK lad, “Psychedelia” continues the journey from his self-released “Peugeots and Rave Stabs” but cranks the turbo factor up to rave-a-delic three hundred and three. Title track “Psychedelia” wastes no time letting you know what time it is - time you took a measurement of your heartbeat is it was time it is, ‘cause this tune raises the temperature like dropping that white dove you found inside the piggy bank in the bedroom at your parents place, right before a hardcore F45 workout. Nezt up, “Acid On Acid” does exactly what is advertised on the back of the box, and if you find yourself partial to a squiggly devilfish bassline, this one will fit neatly in your rave hole. Lastly, just when you thought you could get none more old school, EP closer “Break the Trip” hits you with the rave voltage. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself shuffling like an absolute madman to this one. Make no mistakes, this whole release clamps around your leg like lock-jaw. Rave.
