What’s even more chillingly obvious is how few people are talking about this new grim reality. Look around folks, it’s like people just don’t want to face the sad truth that funk is missing, perhaps even being systematically disappeared from current electronic music around us. Woke up yourself, drones! Don’t you realise there must be some sort of secret elite underground cult (likely “the patriarchy”) working secretly in the highest secret hidden echelons of society that has a biological opposition to funk and is working discreetly with secret government officials to secretly eradicate funk from bangers, shellers, heaters, shredders, and (obviously) belters?!
