Lost in The Garden [CLIPP178] by Boyard

Boyard from Belfast Ireland, makes completely sick music and has his own imprint called Mystic Mountain Express and we trust those of a fine musical pedigree will check that out! We planned to release a complete album of these “old studio jams” but due to the sheer volume of wicked tunes felt it was better to break them down into two easily digestible eps. Fear not dear listener, both arrive with different tastes so you can enjoy them without moderation. A brief description of what transpires next: “Staring Into Space” is hot for the heads that love a square bass, and be honest ‘who doesn’t’? “Interstellar Express” comes strong on the breaks but has an understated acid vibe, with overlapping LFO sweeps and earworm vocal. A real groove builder. Totally spatial. “Night Shift” has a tribal dub mayhem meets a ”sort of Metro Area” vibe. Hard to not be into this. “Out of Sight” wraps things up with a 3/4 idm riddim thing going on and almost like a chem bros thing going on.. And i’m about it! Get lost in this collection of movin’ jams.
